Product description

Offer more menu options with the versatile VS-350 Variety Steamer from Antunes. Using plain tap water converted into superheated dry steam, the VS-350 can quickly cook or reheat a wide breadth of items with a perfect finish every time. The VS-350 comes with two 20 oz. baskets to steam different types of made-to-order items like rice, breads, tortillas, pastas, meats, seafood, and vegetables. Dry steam not only cooks faster, it also helps food retain original color, texture, taste, and nutrients. The digital controller allows users to program a timed cycle from 0-99 minutes for longer cooking times and complex menu items. Includes the required direct water hookup kit. Incoming water must be 20-30 psi. This model uses an IEC-309 32 Amp., 250 V Pin and Sleeve plug.
